[姊妹校交換計畫]

以下為外國5所姊妹校交換計畫申請資訊, 有意申請者請於截止日前備妥相關資料送至國際事務處, 逾期不候敬請見諒!

 

(秋季學期: 每年3/20前;春季學期: 每年3/20)

    如有另行公告者,以公告資訊為主。

國際事務處截止日期:

申請資格:     

■本校大學部二年級以上在學學生

■本校研究所一年級以上在學學生

交換系所請挑選本科系或相關領域,否則將有可能被拒絕。

3. 外語能力門檻(請附上成績單或相關證明):如姊妹校有特殊相關表格(請見附件)也請同時繳交。

英語門檻:

提交之外語檢定證明之效期應於各項計畫申請截止日起2年內為準。

1. 全民英檢中級測驗合格 (初試及複試皆須通過)

2. 多益TOEIC 500以上。

3. 托福TOEFL ITP(紙筆) 500以上 CBT(電腦) 167以上 IBT(網路) 60以上。

4. 雅思IELTS 5以上或其他教育部承認之英文檢定同等標準。

如有姊妹校以線上方式提出申請,待受到本校推薦才可提出申請,自行報名者將不受本校推薦。未受本校推薦者需繳交姊妹校所有費用,敬請注意!

Anatomy & Physiology I (Rochester pre-requisite only)

Prerequisite Courses

To be considered, applicants must, at the time of application:

  1. Have a minimum of 1 biological or physical science course completed at the time for an A-F grade. Biological or physical science courses are defined as biology or chemistry for Twin Cities applicants and biology, chemistry, or anatomy & physiology I for Rochester applicantsonly.
  2. Have completed or have in progress a minimum of 5 of the college-level/college credit prerequisites listed in the application with the ability to complete all 6 prerequisites (7 prerequisites for Rochester applicants) before entering the program inSeptember.
  3. Atleast5oftheprerequisitecoursescompletedorinprogressmustbetakenforanA-Fgrade(1canbepass/fail).
  4. All prerequisite courses completed with a grade of C- orbetter.*

* Please note that while a grade of C- is the minimum, it is not reflective of a competitive grade.

We publish a prerequisite course guide for your reference, however, as course numbers and titles change frequently, please note that prerequisite coursework will only be accepted if it transfers to the University of Minnesota, meets the minimum credit requirements, has the same course content as the U of M-TC prerequisite course equivalent, and meets the timeline requirements. GPA Requirements

Applicants must:

  1. Have a minimum cumulative college GPA of 3.0 (based on a 4.0scale)
  2. Have a minimum cumulative prerequisite GPA of 3.0 (based on a 4.0 scale) with at least 5 courses – completed or in progress – taken for a lettergrade.
  3. Applicants with fewer than 26 college semester credits completed at the time of application will also be evaluated on thefollowing:

-         Preferred minimum high school GPA of 3.4 (based on a 4.0scale).

-         Average ACT score of 27.6 or SAT score of1897.

4.日本長崎大學(Nagasaki University)

須符合以下4:

①以日語及日本文化為專業(主專業或副專業都可以)

②非日本國籍

③有協定大學的推薦

④擁有相當於日語能力考試〜N3合格水準以上的日語能力

留學期間:6個月或1

入學時期:      

秋季入學:9月下旬~3月下旬(半年)或 9月下旬~9月下旬(1年)

春季入學:4月上旬〜9月下旬(半年)

5.韓國梨花女子大學(Ewha Womans University)

Application Procedure

Step 1. Create an account at the online application site for Exchange or Visiting students at:

https://eureka.ewha.ac.kr/eureka/my/hs/sd/businessLogin.do?category=A

All applications should be submitted online, and no paper applications will be accepted.

Step 2. Submit application and upload all documents and materials needed for the application.

Step 3. Receive email notification of approval.

Step 4. Receive the admission packet sent out via express mail.

Step 5. Submit Checklist and Overseas Health Insurance Certificate.

Step 6. Come to Ewha!

 

Application Materials

Applying students are to submit the following documents and materials during the online application process. Please be informed that all documents must be prepared in either English or Korean.

1. Face photograph (JPG): Photographs should be in 3x4 cm size.

2. Official Academic Transcript (JPG or PDF)

3. Medical Clearance Form (JPG or PDF):

This form is mandatory for all students, and is downloadable at the online application site.

Upon completion by a doctor.

4. Passport copy (JPG or PDF): Please copy the first page which has your name and passport number.

5. Statement of Purpose: This should be typed directly on the online application, to be written in Korean or English.

6. Overseas Health Insurance Certificate. This will be additionally requested upon students' receipt of the admission packet

 

Visa

A valid student visa (D-2) is required for all international exchange and visiting students. Upon acceptance to Ewha, students will be issued a Letter of Admission and Certificate of Enrollment in their admission packets. The two documents are needed when applying for the D-2 visa. For more information about the visa application process or the nearest Korean Embassy or Korea Consul General, please visit: http://www.mofat.go.kr/

Tuition & Fees

After receiving admission from the Office of International Affairs, students will be given an invoice at the orientation held before the start of the semester. The invoice will include the tuition fee and other mandatory or optional fees for each individual student, to be paid within one week from the start of the semester. All fees should be directly paid at the on-campus Shinhan Bank or through wire transfer. No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted.

A full refund will be provided for cancellations before the semester starts, 5/6 will be refunded for cancellations made within 30 days, 2/3 will be refunded within 60 days, and 1/3 will be returned within 90 days.

The application fees, however, are not refundable.

6.馬來西亞   拉曼大學(Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman)

 

相關資料及文件請見附件

1. All applications for exchange programmes (academic study, research, training & internship) must be directed to the Division of Community and International Networking (DCInterNet) at UTAR. Donwload the Inbound Application Form.

2. The complete application documents must include the following: 

a. Completed inbound application form with a passport size photo

b. Letter of recommendation from the sending institution stating purpose and duration of study at UTAR

c. One set of University transcripts with a certified English translation if the original language is not English

d. One copy of passport (only pages with passport number, photo, issuance and expiry dates

 Additional documents for International students applying for visa/student pass:

e. One set of University transcripts with a certified English translation if the original language is not English

f. Three passport size photos with a blue background (3.5cm x 5cm)

g. Two sets of photocopied passport for all pages including blank pages.  The passport must be valid for at least 12 months from the expected date of entry.

h. Medical Examination Report. 

3. Health Examination

New International Students are mandated to undergo the Pre-arrival and Post-arrival medical screenings in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education, Malaysia.

Please note that all international students coming from or transited more than 12 hours through countries with risk of Yellow Fever transmission are required to produce the certificate of vaccination for VAL application purposes.
